Stuck in my head for days

Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Jolene
I’m begging of you please don’t take my man
Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Jolene
Please don’t take him just because you can
Your beauty is beyond compare
With flaming locks of auburn hair
With ivory skin and eyes of emerald green

Your smile is like a breath of spring
Your voice is soft like summer rain
And I cannot compete with you, Jolene

He talks about you in his sleep
There’s nothing I can do to keep
From crying when he calls your name, Jolene

And I can easily understand
How you could easily take my man
But you don’t know what he means to me, Jolene

One Way Or Another

One Direction: The only direction is onwards and upwards.
Their new single for Comic Relief, One Way Or Another, sends them soaring back to number one in the charts as the boys create their own music video in aid of donating more money to the charity.

These boys are loved by millions of girls, idolized by young boys all over the world and unfortunately like anyone in the spotlight they receive their fair, or unfair, share of criticism.

However, it would seem as if these young lads could do no wrong. Travelling the world, sharing their music, working together and with charities to raise awareness for the people who truly need our help.

I saw them perform this single at the BRIT Awards and they were FANTASTIC! They completely restored my respect for them. They work hard, they have fun and they are clearly trying to make a difference in the world – so what if they aren’t total angels in the spare time? Who is?

I think people need to cut the boys some slack and granted, the people who travel all the way to Africa, or any other poverty-stricken country,  to try and make a difference without being famous deserve a huge amount more of respect, but the cameras will follow the fame whether the stars like it or not.
